In order to best accommodate all clients needs, the studio requires 24 hour cancellation notice for all appointments.

This policy covers any and all cancellation reasons, NO exceptions. When you book with us you are confirming that you have read and understand the policy and agree to all terms.

All appointments cancelled after the 24 hour period are subject to a charge of 50% of the services scheduled.

For all appointments cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment or a no call/show will be charged 100% of the services scheduled.  

Please note due to the amount of time blocked out, brow laminations and lash lifts cancelled after the 24 hour notice will be subject to the full 100% cancellation fee
